Nintendo Fires Treehouse Employee - the correct decision?

After listening to the podcast that the Nintendo Treehouse employee attended, I can now provide from what I feel an accurate response to this choice by Nintendo to fire him. For anyone that has mixed feelings about why they did it, I highly suggest actually listening to the podcast (if you can find it) before bashing Nintendo about it.
